3 - Make your first payment ($150 for the first month = three classes per week for four weeks) The ongoing monthly fee after the first month is $100. Pay online now via Paypal to register for your FIRST BOOTCAMP CLASS . . . (or call Marty to arrange a payment via cash/check)

4 - Once your online registration form is received, I will call you to confirm your registration and first class date.

5 - Show up at class, and bring the following:
• pair of 3 or 5 pound handheld dumbbells
• workout mat or thick towel
• bottle of water
• to the first class: your completed Bootcamp forms
